CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Industry, California, was called to order by Mayor Cory C. Moss at 2:00 p.m., in the City of Industry Council Chamber, 15651 Mayor Dave Way, California.

The flag salute was led by Mayor Moss.

There was no need for AB 2449 vote since there were no Council Members taking part remotely. The webcast was then terminated.

11. Assistant City Attorney, Bianca Sparks, stated that due to certain extenuating circumstances, staff has requested a minor amendment to the City's Employee Handbook. Under Post Retirement Benefits, Section 9W, Section 7.6, Group B for elected officials, to reduce the term from eight to six years to be eligible for full vested benefits.
MOTION BY MAYOR MOSS, AND SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER RADECKI TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. CC 2024-11. MOTION CARRIED 3-0, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
