NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Industry is hereby called to be held on September 15, 2026, at 9:00 am., in the Council Chambers at 15651 Mayor Dave Way, City of Industry, California 91744, for the purpose of discussing the following matters:
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1. Consideration of the Register of Demands for September 10, 2026 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Ratify the
September 10, 2026 Register of Demands.
6.2. Consideration of Amendment No. 4 to the Professional Services Agreement with CU Technology, LLC, dba Acorn Technology Services, for Information Technology Support Services, increasing compensation by $303,766.20, extending the agreement through October 31, 2027 and updating the Rate schedule
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Amendment No. 4
6.3. Consideration of Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., for Consulting Services for the repainting of the Azusa Avenue Bridge over Valley Boulevard Project, extending the term through September 30, 2029, revising the rate schedule, and increasing compensation by $16,500.00 (MP 10-08 #6)

6.4. Consideration of Resolution No. CC 2026-30 – A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A DONATION TO DELHAVEN COMMUNITY CENTER,
IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($25,000.00), FOR THE BECAUSE WE CARE PROGRAM
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. CC 2026-
30. 6.5. Consideration of Resolution No. CC 2026-28 - A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS
WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE COMMUNITY CORRIDOR TRANSPORTATION
PLATFORM PROJECT UNDER THE CALTRANS SUSTAINABLE
TRANSPORTATION PLANNING GRANT PROGRAM
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. CC 2026-28
6.6. Consideration of Resolution No. CC 2026-29 – A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING A DONATION TO THE INDUSTRY SHERIFF’S YOUTH
ATHLETIC LEAGUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($30,000.00), FOR ITS FALL FESTIVAL PROGRAM
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. CC 2026-
29. 6.7. Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Service Agreement with GHD, INC., extending the term through December 31, 2027 amending the Rate Schedule, revising increasing compensation by $90,000, and revising the Scope of Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Amendment.
