CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Leano called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
As Mayor Leano is participating via Zoom, Mayor Pro Tem Reece led the meeting.

ABSENT COUNCILMEMBER: NONE
ALSO PRESENT Adam Pirrie, City Manager; Jamie Earl, Assistant City Manager; Alisha Patterson, City Attorney
Closed Session
Mayor Pro Tern Reece invited public comment.
There were no requests to speak.
At 5:17 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session:
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1):
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL— EXISTING LITIGATION
Confer with legal counsel pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code regarding litigation, to which the City is a party:
City of Claremont, a California Municipal Corporation v. Tracy L. Phillips, an Individual, et al., Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case Number: 19PSCV00840 and
2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1):
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL— EXISTING LITIGATION
Confer with legal counsel pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the California Government Code regarding litigation, to which the City is a party:

The City Council reconvened from closed session at 6:40 p.m.
