Mayor Reece called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

Consultation With: The Disaster Management Area Coordinator(DMAC) for Area D of the Office of Disaster Management pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 54957 of the California Government Code regarding emergency preparedness training.
The City Council reconvened from closed session at 6:30 p.m.
