Mayor Reece called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.

At 5:16 p.m., the City Council recessed to closed session:

Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 One potential case
The City Council reconvened from closed session at 6:47 p.m.
Closed Session Report
City Attorney Patterson reported the City Council unanimously authorized initiation of litigation.
The Defendants will be informed via filing of the litigation.
