JED LEANO ED REECE COREY CALAYCAY JENNIFER STARK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Claremont, California, as called by the City Council of the City of Claremont, will be held on the 27th day of January 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the above location for the purpose of considering the item listed below. The Brown Act provides for an opportunity for members of the public to address the City Council concerning the item described below.
Meetings are open to the public for in -person attendance. The meeting will be live streamed via Zoom, technology permitting. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:
A. Receive and file an update on the 2022-24 priorities that were previously established by the City Council;
B. Invite City staff and its consultant to provide an introduction and overview of the 2024-26 priorities setting process, including a summary of the focus group meetings and survey results;
C. Invite public comment;
D. Discuss priorities and work plan objectives for 2024-26; and E. Provide direction to staff.
