CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Medina called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.

Presentation of the 2024-26 Proposed City Operating and Capital Improvement Project Budget
City Manager Pirrie provided an overview of the proposed budget.
Director of Finance Starkey presented the City's budget revenues and expenditures.
Assistant City Manager Earl presented the budgets for the Administrative Services Department and General Services.
Director of Finance Starkey presented the budget for the Financial Services Department.
Community Development Director Johnson presented the budget for the Community Development Department.
Chief Fate presented the budget for the Police Department.
Community Services Director Swan presented the budget for the Community Services Department.
Human Services Director Vollaro presented the budget for the Recreation and Human Services Department.
City Manager Pirrie responded to questions regarding the increase in the Claremont Hills Wilderness Park revenue, code enforcement availability on weekends and holidays, and the increase in the number of Maintenance Assistant positions.
Mayor Medina invited public comment.
There were no requests to speak.
