CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Calaycay called the meeting to order at 5:16 PM.

LATE ARRIVAL COUNCILMEMBER: LEANO (Arrived at 5:18 PM)
ALSO PRESENT Adam Pirrie, City Manager; Jamie Earl, Assistant City Manager; Alisha Patterson, City Attorney
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Calaycay invited public comment.
City Clerk Desautels announced no written public comment had been received.
There were no requests to speak.
Mayor Calaycay closed public comment.
At 5:16 PM the City Council recessed to closed session:
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1):
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Manager
The First Amendment to the City Manager's Employment Agreement requires the City Council to meet in closed session to conduct an annual review of the City Manager on or before March 31 of each year. The City Council will conduct the review in closed session pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 54957 of the California Government Code.

2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1):

The First Amendment to the City Manager's Employment Agreement requires the City Council to meet in closed session to conduct an annual review of the City Attorney on or before March 31 of each year. The City Council will conduct the review in closed session pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 54957 of the California Government Code.
The City Council reconvened from closed session at 6:38 PM.
