Mayor Stark called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.

2026 State of the City Presented by the Claremont City Council
The City Council presented the 2026 State of the City and welcomed public comment.
The City Council, City Manager Pirrie, and various City staff responded to questions raised during the public comment period.
Mayor Stark provided closing remarks.
