1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Mayor Diaz, held in-person from City Hall, Conference Room 1, 6000 Heritage Trail, Clayton, California. Councilmembers present: Mayor Diaz, Vice Mayor Trupiano, and Councilmembers Cloven, Tillman, and Wan. Staff present:
City Clerk Stephanie Cabrera-Brown.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Led by Mayor Diaz.
