TUESDAY, May 21, 2024
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL - The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Diaz, held in-person at the City Hall, 1st Floor Conference Room, 6000 Heritage Trail, Clayton, California. Councilmembers present: Mayor Diaz, Vice Mayor Trupiano, and Councilmembers Cloven, Tillman, and Wan.
Staff present: Interim City Manager Adam W. Politzer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Led by Mayor Diaz.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON - AGENDA ITEMS
There were no members of the public present to provide public comment.
4. CLOSED SESSION
a. Public Employee Appointment (Gov. Code 54957)
Title: City Manager
Action: Staff provided with direction; no reportable action was taken.
5. ADJOURNMENT
On a call by Mayor Diaz, the City Council adjourned its meeting at 5:53 p.m.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday June 4, 2024.
