1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Mayor Kim Trupiano at Hoyer Hall, in the Clayton Community Library, 6125 Clayton Road, Clayton, California

Present: 5 Councilmember Jim Diaz, Councilmember Richard Enea, Councilmember Holly Tillman, Vice Mayor Jeff Wan, and Mayor Kim Trupiano

Public Comment was received by Clayton Valley Village. Presentation of token gift was presented to Mayor Trupiano.

9. ANNUAL REORGANIZATION OF CLAYTON CITY COUNCIL
(a) Election of the Mayor
No public comment was received.
Mayor Trupiano nominated Vice Mayor Wan to be the next Mayor.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 – Diaz, Enea, Tillman, Wan, and Trupiano
(b) Election of the Vice-Mayor
No public comment was received.

Councilmember Tillman nominated Councilmember Tillman to be the next Vice Mayor.
Public Comment was received by Debbie Toth and Lauren Kindorf.
The motion was carried by the following vote to nominate Councilmember Enea to be the next Vice Mayor.
Aye: 4 – Diaz, Enea, Wan, and Trupiano
Nay: 1 – Tillman
(c) Recognition and Remarks by the New Mayor and Councilmember Remarks were delivered by Councilmember Trupiano, Mayor Wan, and Vice Mayor Enea.
