SPECIAL MEETING
Monday June 29, 2026
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL – The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Vice Mayor Enea held in-person and broadcast from Hoyer Hall, Clayton Community Library, 6125 Clayton Road, Clayton, California. Councilmembers present: Councilmembers: Trupiano, Diaz; Vice Mayor Enea. Councilmembers absent: Tillman; Mayor Wan. Staff present: City Manager, Kris Lofthus; Administrative Services Director, Dennis Bozanich; City Clerk Melissa Rhodes

4. CONSENT CALENDAR
The Consent Calendar includes routine items that are to be enacted by one motion.
There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is requested, the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately. (a) Adopt Resolutions 24-2026 and 25-2026 to Initiate the Process for Conducting the City of Clayton’s General Municipal Election on November 3, 2026 No public comment was given.
Councilmember Trupiano made a motion to approve, with Councilmember Diaz seconding. The motion carried 3-0 [Councilmember Tillman, Mayor Wan – Absent]
8. ADJOURNMENT – Vice Mayor Enea adjourned the meeting at 6:03 p.m.
