1. Consideration of rejection of bids for the 2nd and Modoc Road Improvement Project Recommended Action: Reject all bids for the 2nd and Modoc Road Improvement Project and authorize staff to re-bid.
Engineering Technician Brown gave the staff report.
Motion made by Council Member Cremer, Seconded by Council Member Overton.
