Consideration of Appeal from the Koi Nation of Northern California of the Planning Commission’s decision of December 18th, 2023, for the approval of the Subdivision Development, (SD 2022-01), Tentative Map, (TM 2022-01), and corresponding Environmental Analysis, (CEQA IS 2022-08) for the Danco Subdivision Development located at 2890 Old Highway 53, Clearlake, CA 95422.
