1. Introduction and First Reading of an Ordinance Authorizing the Implementation of a Community Choice Aggregation Program by Participating with the Sonoma Clean Power Authority
Recommended Action: Hold first reading of Ordinance No. 283-2025, read it by title only, waive further reading, and set second reading and adoption for the next City Council meeting City Manager Flora gave the staff report.
