1. Award of Contract for the Dam Rd Roundabout Project
Recommended Action: Authorize City Manager to enter into a contract with Ghilotti Construction in the amount of $2,698,550.69 for the Dam Rd Roundabout Project and authorize the City Manager to approve up to 10% for additional unforeseen contract amendments.
Director Leyba gave the staff report.
Motion made by Councilmember Cremer, Seconded by Councilmember Wilson.

2. Consideration of Adoption of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Clearlake Municipal Employees Association (CMEA) for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 Recommended Action: Adopt MOU and authorize the City Manager to sign Director Swanson gave the staff report.
Motion made by Vice Mayor Downey, Seconded by Councilmember Wilson.
