Chair Palla called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.

4. Approval of Minutes
Meeting of May 16, 2022
Action: Approved as submitted.
5. Current Items for Discussion
a) City Council Student Liaison Appointment - Applicant Teresa Garcia Zambrano A motion was made by Vice Chair Lands, Seconded by Superintendent MacClain, to appoint Teresa Garcia as the 2022/2023 City Council Student Liaison. The motion passed unanimously. b) Discuss Thyme Square Property Transfer and next steps City Manager Kelley presented and responded to subcommittee inquiries. The Subcommittee discussed. c) Discuss Electronic Marquee Hours of Operation (timing) and Brightness City Manager Kelley reported on a resident request received regarding the Electronic Marquee at the High School. The Subcommittee discussed and Superintendent MacClain agreed to investigate and report back.
6. Standing Items / Items Continued from Last Meeting:
a) Update on MOU for School Resource Officer
The Subcommittee discussed, and Staff received direction to report back at the next meeting. b) Update on Cooperative Agreement Review by City School Ad Hoc Staff received direction to report back at the next meeting. c) Update on Storm Drain Project Healdsburg Avenue at Citrus Fair None.
d) Identify and Discuss Traffic Safety Issues for Safe Routes to Schools City Manager Kelley reported, the subcommittee discussed previous and pending hazard mitigations, and opportunities to engage and encourage the community to report concerns. e) Update on High School Students Assisting/Working as a School Crossing Guard Chair Palla provided direction for Staff to remove this item from future agendas. f) Student Lifeguard Certification Program
Chair Palla reported and the subcommittee discussed future coordination. g) City/School Attorneys Update on Mitigating Development Impacts on the School District City Manager Kelley reported and responded to Subcommittee inquiries. h) Update on Cloverdale Community Pool
Superintendent MacClain responded to subcommittee inquiries. i) Update on Thyme Square Storm Water Alternatives Analysis Vice Chair Lands reported. Item “I” and item “c” will be consolidated on future agendas. j) Update on School Facility Improvements
Superintendent MacClain and Clerk Addison reported on previous and pending projects, and responded to inquiries. Staff responded to School Board inquiries.
k) Update on Proposed Housing Projects and Future Growth None.
