Adopt a Resolution Entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cloverdale Amending the Current Stage 4 Water Shortage Emergency to a Stage 3 Water Shortage Emergency Requiring Mandatory Rationing with a Water Reduction Target of 25% Percent from 2020 Water Use Pursuant to Chapter 13.05 “Conservation of Water Supply” of the Cloverdale Municipal Code and Terminating the previously enacted suspension of new or enlarged water system connections pursuant to Cloverdale Municipal Code section 13.05.030.”
