Adopt a Resolution Entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cloverdale approving a Professional Services Agreement with First Carbon Solutions (FCS) to provide services related to updating the General Plan Circulation Element and CEQA transportation analysis in the amount of $137,006, establishing a 10% contingency of $13,700 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City Council including any change orders up to the approved project budget of $150,706.”
