RESOLUTION NO. 001-2024 ENTITLED: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLOVERDALE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT SMITH IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000) TO PROVIDE CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
CLOVERDALE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT H. PUBLIC HEARINGS

Mayor Lands recessed the meeting at 7:10 p.m. and reconvened at 7:14 p.m.
Councilmembers continued discussion and provided direction to Staff.

2024 Subcommittee schedule and assignments will be adopted at the next regular meeting.
