F.4 Budget Amendment for West Yost Scope of Work and Budget for the Preparation of a Recycled Water Feasibility Study

A motion was made by Councilmember Bagby, seconded by Councilmember Wolter, to waive reading of the text and adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 064-2024 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLOVERDALE APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT APPROPRIATING FUNDING AND
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE WEST YOST SCOPE AND BUDGET FOR THE PREPARATION
OF A RECYCLED WATER FEASIBILITY STUDY

H.1 Resolution Appointing Kevin Thompson as City Manager Effective December 21, 2024 and Approving an At-Will Employment Agreement
City Attorney Mog reported and the Council provided comments.

A motion was made by Vice Mayor Wheeler, seconded by Councilmember Wolter, to waive reading of the text and adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 065-2024 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CLOVERDALE APPOINTING KEVIN THOMPSON AS CITY MANAGER EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 21, 2024 AND APPROVING AN AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
