A.1 Call to Order
Mayor Lands called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
A.2 Pledge of Allegiance
Gene Marcinkowski led the pledge of allegiance.
A.3 Councilmember Roll Call
Present: Mayor Lands, Vice Mayor Wheeler, Councilmembers: Laskey, Marquez, Morgenstern
Absent: None
Cloverdale Mayor Lands and Fire District Chief Jenkins provided meeting format and safety information.
B. POTTER VALLEY PROJECT DECOMMISSIONING: PANEL OF INTERESTED PARTIES Mayor Lands introduced the item.
The following Panelists provided comments:
David Manning - Sonoma Water
James Gore - Sonoma County Supervisor
Chris Columbe - Local Business Owner and Former Congressional Candidate Frost Pauli - Potter Valley Fire Captain and the Mendo Co. Farm Bureau Water Committee Chair
Madeline Cline - Mendocino County Supervisor
Eddie Ej Crandall - Lake County Supervisor
Dayna Ghiradelli - Sonoma County Farm Bureau
David Tabor - Palamino Lakes Water Company
Todd Lands - Cloverdale Mayor
Jason Jenkins - Cloverdale Fire Protection District Chief Mayor Lands opened the public comment (Question and Answer) period and Panelists responded to public comments and inquiries.

D. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Lands adjourned the meeting at 8:38 p.m. to the next regular meeting of the Cloverdale City Council scheduled for March 26, 2025
