Approve a Resolution Entitled: “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cloverdale approving an agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the purchase of Taser 7 conducted energy devices, bodyworn cameras, associated software, data storage, and services, further approving a budget adjustment to the fiscal year 2025-26 budget year of $5,000 for implementation costs and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Axon contract for a five year term.” F.3 Consider Approving the Cloverdale Police Department Military Equipment Use Policy 708 Annual Report

Adopt a Resolution Entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cloverdale approving a budget amendment to the FY 2025-26 budget for $289,399 for salary and employee benefits expenses associated with the approval of Memorandum of Understandings with the Cloverdale Police Officers Association (CPOA), Cloverdale Dispatch Association (CDA), Cloverdale Classified Employees’ Association (CCSEA), a Compensation Plan with the Unaffiliated Employees, and a compensation plan with At-Will Employees.”

Receive a presentation and provide feedback on the proposed public process timeline for the Esmeralda AVR Entitlements, jointly prepared by Esmeralda Land Company (ELC) and City staff.
H.2 Departmental Updates and Budget Review – June 2025 Presentation Recommended Action(s):
Receive the June 2025 department update presentation, review proposed budget amendments and funding requests, and provide direction to staff on implementation priorities for FY 2025–26.
H.3 Discussion and Possible Action on the Appointment of Two Council Members to an Ad Hoc Committee for the Purpose of discussing senior citizen related topics Recommended Action(s):
The City Manager recommends Council discuss that by minute order the City Council form an Ad Hoc Committee of no more than two City Council Members for the purpose of reviewing and making recommendations on topics effecting Cloverdale’s senior citizen population.
