The Esmeralda Land Company will be hosting a Town Hall regarding their proposed development at the Alexander Valley Resort Site. The meeting will provide an opportunity to hear about the project from the applicant, ask questions and/or make comments.
The meeting is being organized and hosted by the Esmeralda Land Company. However, because a majority of the members of the City Council and/or Planning Commission may be in attendance, the item is being agendized as a special meeting. There is no Live Stream or Zoom options.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
This meeting is being held in compliance with the Brown Act as it is anticipated a majority of the City Council will be in attendance. The City Clerk’s Office does hereby declare that, in accordance with California Government Code § 54954.2(a), this agenda for the above stated Special Meeting was posted at least 24 hours prior, on the outdoor bulletin board at City Hall, 124 N. Cloverdale Blvd., Cloverdale, CA, 95425 and the Veterans Memorial Building, 205 W 1st Street., Cloverdale, CA, 95425, and online at www.cloverdale.net/agendacenter. The agenda is also available for public review at City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
