1 miscellaneous changes to other sections of the Title 18.
Introduce, and waive first reading of, an Ordinance approving a Second Amendment and Restated Development Agreement with the Esmeralda Land Company, LP for the proposed Esmeralda Development, including a Draft Master Tentative Map included as an exhibit (APN 117-050-010, -011, -012, -017, -024, -026, -027, -028 and -029; 116-310-013 and 116-310-014).
If the first reading is approved, a second reading of the ordinances will occur on October 14. The City Council will also consider action to approve the other proposed entitlements and Addendum on that date.

To the next regular meeting of the Cloverdale City Council scheduled for October 14, 2026.
