Comment = Please repair the entrances to subdivisions located at Shepherd and Locan and Shepherd and DeWolf for Town and Country and Leo Wilson Rivage. They are in need of landscape repair as they don't have adequate soil and mostly dead plants due to broken sprinklers and poor maintenance. I contacted Eric Aller since retired and he said the city accepted the low bid. In addition, our park has been unusable for two years now with no estimate of finish date. This lowers the value of our property of which we pay high taxes. The stone structures are missing the decorative tile from the original build. Please replace and repair or replace with dry scape?
Thank you.
