My apologies as I was under the impression that my house was put into the most recently proposed SOI. 9658 N. Stanford Ave. 93619

Mr. Perrin,
The City can only provide water to properties within the City Limits. The City Limits can’t be expanded larger than the City’s Sphere of Influence. In this area the Sphere of Influence boundary is the Perrin Avenue alignment, therefore we can’t consider the annexation of properties north of Perrin. I am available to discuss this issue directly if you would like.

Comment = Good morning members,
The Shepherd North project states it is providing water to the 18 homes within Quail Run (north shepherd but south of Perrin). However, Quail Run is much larger than only 18 homes and those of us that live North of Perrin were not included, and I would like to know Public Comment for January 5, 2026
2 why? This is telling me that the massive home, just built on the corner of Sunnyside and Perrin, though a vacant lot for roughly 20 years, will get city water, but I won’t. We know Mr.

Wathen lives in that area which probably played a role but What a disservice to those living and spending tens of thousands of dollars as well, just to get water. My neighbor and I are both on the self-help enterprises program. They were just denied approval from that program, for a new well. I am heading down the same path and fear I too will be rejected due to our granite covered land.

I am a service disabled veteran who has done my part, and played my role. I only want to be equally and fairly included. A response would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I have reached out to city and developer, with no response.
