CALL TO ORDER:
The Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Coachella was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Commissioner Granados.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Commissioner Granados led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner Granados, Jr., Commissioner Ayala, Commissioner Gallegos
Absent: Vice Chair Caballero and Chair Avila
It is noted that both of the commissioners did notify staff in advance of their absence due to work conflicts.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
"At this time the Commission may announce any items being pulled from the agenda or continued to another date or request the moving of an item on the agenda."
