CALL TO ORDER:
The Regular Meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Coachella was called to order at 4:32 p.m. by Commissioner Ayala.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Commissioner Ayala led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner Granados, Jr., Commissioner Ayala, Commissioner Gallegos, Chair Avila
Absent: Vice Chair Caballero
It is noted that Vice Chair Caballero did notify staff in advance of his absence due to work conflicts.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
"At this time the Commission may announce any items being pulled from the agenda or continued to another date or request the moving of an item on the agenda."

An update was given to the public in regards to their concerns.
An invitation was extended to the commissioners to the various events.
An update was given in regards to the soccer and football fields closures and the power surges at both Bagdouma Park and Las Flores Park.
