NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Coachella will hold a study session on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, commencing at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, in the Civic Center 53990 Enterprise Way, Coachella, California Said study session shall be for the purpose of discussing the following:
1. Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 24-10 – Streamline Code Amendments (Phase 3) Study Session to amend Coachella Municipal Code Title 17 regarding ADU regulations. City-Initiated. [Note: Study Sessions are special meetings of the Planning Commission that are conducted informally.
No action is contemplated other than familiarization of the Planning Commission on specific topics and potential referral to a future agenda.]

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA que la Comisión de Planificación de la Ciudad de Coachella llevará a cabo una sesión de estudio el miércoles 18 de Deciembre 2024, a partir de las 5:00 PM, o tan pronto como sea posible, en el Centro Cívico 53990 Enterprise Way, Coachella , California Dicha sesión de estudio tendrá como propósito discutir lo siguiente:
1. Enmienda a la Ordenanza de Zonificación No. 22-09 - Enmiendas a la Fase 3 del Código de Racionalización - Ordenanza ADU (Unidades Accesorias de Vivienda) para enmendar el Título 17 del Código Municipal de Coachella con respecto a las regulaciones ADU. [Nota: Las Sesiones de Estudio son reuniones especiales de la Comisión de Planificación que se llevan a cabo de manera informal.
