Anyone wishing to speak in person during the public comment period or on a particular item is required to fill out a Request to Speak Form. In order to be recognized, a Request to Speak Form must be turned in to the City Clerk prior to the start of the public comment period or before the agenda item is taken up by Council on which you wish to provide a comment.

4. Voucher Listing- EFT's/Utility Billing Refunds/FY 2024-25 Expenditures as of June 11, 2025, $4,784,485.67
5. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-29 Authorizing the City Manager to Submit an Application on behalf of the City of Coachella to the Department of Parks and Recreation Office of Grants and Local Services for the Agenda City Council Regular Meeting June 11, 2025
Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Program in the Amount Not-to-Exceed Six Million ($6,000,000) Dollars for the Rancho Las Flores Park Project
6. Approve Annual Allegro Infrastructure Extended Warranty Program May 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026 in an Amount not to Exceed $28,861.41
7. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-32 Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Grant Agreement with the Coachella Valley Mountains Conservancy Proposition 1 Grant Program in the amount of $400,000 for the Rancho Las Flores Park Retention Basin Project
8. Approve Resolution No. 2025-28 Declaring its Intention to Authorize the Establishment of an Annual Special Tax for City of Coachella Community Facilities District No. 2005-01 (Law Enforcement, Fire and Paramedic Services) and Annexation Areas Thereto for Fiscal Year 2025/2026; Setting a Public Hearing Date as July 9, 2025

10. Approve Change Order No. 1 with Rove Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $870,019.00 Plus 10% Contingency for the Street Improvements Within the Aventine Community, City Project No. ST-139
11. Approve Cooperative Agreement for El Grito Event Between: the City of Coachella, Telemundo and Mexican Consulate in San Bernardino; and Approve Operation of a Beer Garden at Rancho Las Flores Park for the 2025 El Grito Event; and Approve a Professional Services Agreement to Rhythm Tech Productions LLC, in the Amount of $30,564.90 for the Installation of the Stage
12. Approve a Professional Services Agreement Between the City of Coachella and the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in the Amount of $53,500
13. Appointment of William Pattison as City Manager, Approving an Employment Agreement with Mr.
