3. Voucher Listing- EFT's/Utility Billing Refunds/FY 2024-25 and 2025-26 Expenditures as of July 9, 2025, $1,746,275.91
4. Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kiley & Associates to Retain their Federal Legislative Advocacy Services in the Amount of $4,000 per Month for Six Months for a Total Amount Not-to-Exceed $24,000
5. Authorize a Community Based Grant to the Coachella Valley High School Booster Club in the Amount of $1,000 to Help Purchase New Jerseys for the Football Team
6. Approve Amendment #1 to the Reimbursement Agreement with Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for the Airport Blvd Bridge Replacement Project, City Project ST-141
7. Approve the Cooperative Agreement with Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) in an Amount of $60,000 to Complete the CV Link Connector Striping Improvements with the Avenue 52 Street Improvements Project, City Project ST-139
8. Authorize staff to Receive Invoices From Habitat for Humanity of the Coachella Valley, Inc. for the Removal and Reconstruction of 380 Linear Feet of Exterior Garden Wall Along Sunset Blvd in an Amount not to Exceed $80,082.20; and Authorize Appropriations From Street DIF (Fund 127) in an Amount of $6,023.77 for the Reimbursements to Habitat of Humanity, City Project ST-128 NEW BUSINESS CALENDAR (LEGISLATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE):
9. Adopt Resolution 2025-39 Accepting, upon annexation of LAFCO 2024-16-4 (P7/Mesquite) Williamson Act Contracts on Four Parcels Within Coachella Valley Agricultural Preserve No. 29 and adopting local Uniform Williamson Act Rules and Regulations Within the City
10. Approve a Sponsorship Request from the Codex Creation Committee for the 2025 Run With Los Muertos Event in the Amount of $45,000 and Authorize the Operation of a Beer Garden on November 1, 2025 in Downtown Sixth Street from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM
11. Approve a Sponsorship Request for Raices Cultura for their 2025 Dia de los Muertos Celebration in the Amount of $20,000
