CALL TO ORDER: - 6:00 P.M.
Mayor Hernandez called the City Council Special Meeting of the City of Coachella to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Councilmember Dr. Figueroa, Councilmember Virgen, Mayor Pro Tem Delgado (arrived at 6:06 p.m., during the discussion of item #10), and Mayor Hernandez City Treasurer
Absent: Councilmember Perez and City Clerk
