9. Authorize the Renewal of Zoom Unified Communication Services for the Amount of $26,704.54
10. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Letter Agreement with Zambelli Fireworks for a Special Event Pyrotechnic Program for the City’s 2026 Fourth of July Program, in the amount of $57,330
11. Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Professional Service Agreement with Albert A. Webb Associates to provide Professional Engineering and Landscape Architecture Services for the Coachella Active Transportation and Urban Greening Projects, City Projects P-27, P-28, P-33, ST-142 and ST-143 NEW BUSINESS CALENDAR (LEGISLATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE):

13. Construction Contract with Vance Corporation in the Amount of $449,070.06 Plus 10% Contingency for the Construction of the Bella Canto Pavement Rehabilitation Project, City Project No.ST-132
14. Authorize the City Manager to Execute Amendment #2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard Inc. for Security Guard Services Project No. 082224 in the Amount of $360,000 PUBLIC HEARING CALENDAR (QUASI-JUDICIAL):
