Mayor Hernandez called the City Council Closed Session and Regular Meeting of the City of Coachella to order at 4:03 p.m.

Present: Councilmember Perez., Councilmember Delgado (arrived at 4:27 p.m.), Councilmember Virgen (arrived at 4:21 p.m.), Mayor Pro Tem Dr. Figueroa, and Mayor Hernandez City Clerk and City Treasurer

"At this time the Council/ Board/Corporation/Authority may announce any items being pulled from the Agenda or continued to another date or request the moving of an item on the agenda" Motion: To approve the agenda with the modification to postpone item #6 to the City Council meeting on March 25, 2026.
