8. Voucher Listing- EFT's/Utility Billing Refunds/FY 2025-26 Expenditures as of March 11, 2026, $2,587,245.54
9. Approve Amendment #6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Angenious Engineering Services, Inc. in the Amount of $358,220.43 to Provide Professional Engineering Services for the Avenue 50 Bridge over the Whitewater Channel Project, City Project ST-69 and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Amendment
10. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Walker Consultants in a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $76,350 to Conduct an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Study in the City of Coachella and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement
11. Authorize a Community Based Grant to the Coachella Youth Baseball and Softball Association (CYBSA) in the Amount of $1,000 to Purchase New Equipment
12. Authorize the Operation of a Beer Garden on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Veterans’ Memorial Park for the 2026 Coachella Mariachi Festival and Award the Beer Garden Operator Agreement to Coachella Bar LLC
