Coalinga City Councilman,
I am a Concerned citizen of District 1. As we all know Adam Atkinson [AA] has been and still is a concern to people who "actually" live in District 1
He sold his home in District 1 on 3/30/2022 and entered in a Lease Agreement with Robin Scott at 712 Monterey on 7/20/2022. Where was he living from March to July 2022?? Could it have been 153 E Cedar, 7? This is the address the Coalinga Police responded to, to do a wellness check, when he failed to show up ai the Jan 5th 2022 Council Meeting.

We ALL are aware that AA failed to turn in his "Valid" Residency Proof, until Jan 11, 2023. And I would question the "Validity".

In Life there are Rules and Consequences. This pertains to sports, driving, Laws, and Politics. Unfortunately some people believe that rules and consequences don't
apply to them. Those people sometimes learn the hardway, the rules do apply to them.

I would like to see the current Coalinga City Council Be the Council that Stands Up and does something to Stop, this type of activity!!
And not be the Council that rolls over and folds, under pressure.

Make our current City Council, Be Honest and Strong. To make our City a Better Place to Reside.

Councilman Adam Adkisson has violated the rules countless times, beginning approximately three weeks from the time councilwoman Stoltz got him a vacant seat on council which afterwords turned out to be the worst mistake in her entire life.

When she tried to get him to follow the rules, he showed his true colors by saying "I'm my own fucking man now, and will do whatever I want!" (No good deeds go unpunished) That is when she chose to remove herself from him.

I also cut him off like a bad set of bangs when i saw his true colors. He couldn't leave it at that, and just like a typical narcissist good night stand the rejection and being stood up to.

He launched a full-blown attack upon her and myself. He prompted his war pigs to support him 24 seven these attacks lasted for more than two years. All of which was discredited and an epic failure.

The war pigs, I speak of are better known as the peanut gallery. Many of them are his former enemies he has bullied into submission. For the most part, they are unemployed wayward Misfits. Ramsey described Adam and his war pigs as bullies just like school kids and told them they need to stop and get a grip.

Adam has described the people in Coalinga to be the most easiest to manipulate that he has ever seen.

Not only has he been successful with doing that with his war pigs he has done the same with city council.

Like a broken record, he always play the victim. In doing so he projects his bad behavior on to others using the same words and accusations, for instance " personal vendetta" " attacking" " abusing power" etc.

The city would be overwhelmed with his bad behavior, and turn a blind eye to it, hoping that he would eventually stop. Only later to realize it was a bad mistake.

Moving forward, Councilman Ramsey warned him about his countless violations. He disregarded his warning and continued. When Ramsey attempted to censor him Adam used the same Defense and attacked Ramsey to the point he became so confused and speechless. The other councilmen trembled in fear wanting no part of Adam's wrath. Afterwords, Ramsey told a investigator that he had attempted to censor Adam and Adam, publicly insulted, ashamed, and embarrassed him. Ramsey said from that point on he has had to be extremely careful with Adam not to set him off.

Adam is the epitome of a juvenile delinquent. When they are not disciplined, they turn out to be a very shitty adult.

The city have witnessed countless violations by Adam, and are aware of his alcohol and drug abuse.

Adams family has at times described him to be psychotic. They described him to be even worse when he is abusing alcohol and drugs while not taking his psych meds.

Countless citizens are aware of this, but do not speak because they are sure they will be retaliated against by both Adam and his war pigs.

Adam has destroyed the integrity of city council, not only from his countless violations and bad behavior but also because counsel has failed to hold him accountable.

Adam feeds off of conflict just as a juvenile delinquent does for negative attention. He describes himself to be very courageous and is a self-proclaimed Viking warrior. He dresses in costumes portraying himself as such and post them on social media.

Again, delusional and childish.

He has attacked council members, and city Council as a whole. He has publicly insulted CPD and it's officers.

While doing so at a public function City officials said the reason they didn't stop him is because they knew it would get worse.

He has leaked close session information numerous times, including a murder investigation in which he publicly discussed at a function, because he deemed the person eligible to have the information.

He attacks provoke and challenges people over social media. That includes myself until he was face-to-face with me in person. He claimed that I emotionally traumatized him, and made him in fear of his life. He abused his position by using the city attorney to plead for a order of protection. This cost the taxpaying citizens in the excess of $20,000.

He also felt it would silence me from speaking in regard to his continuous bad behavior, and for defending some of his victims. When he thought that failed, he had a attorney write me a ridiculous, absurd, threatening email demanding that I publicly, apologize and retract the (truthful) things I had said about him. It gave me a time limit or I would have a case, filed in court against me. It was absolutely ridiculous, and I refused to lie, as I was being demanded I feel that the walls have been closing in on Adam as a result of his bad behavior and crimes. I feel that his mental illness is fueled by his alcohol and drug abuse.

I feel that he has become desponded and a danger to city officials, and the citizens. He has recently sent messages alluding to commit suicide. Police records will show this is not the first time he has made these accusations when he couldn't get his way.

Despite his false accusations that I control city council I am only reminding counsel of just a portion of what they already know.

It's up to counsel to disregard the repercussions and fears. It's up to counsel whether or not, they finally do their due diligence and hold him accountable.

In closing, I would like to add that everyone knows the real reason why it was so difficult for him to submit his residency requirements by the legally described time.

Regards, Greg Cody

Subject: Tonight's city Council meeting
Date: Thursday, February 2, 2023 2:58:53 PM
Dear City Council:

I wanted to write regarding the censure of Adam Adkisson which is on the agenda for tonight's meeting. As I understand it this is all because Mr. Adkisson is accused of turning in late paperwork. I just want to say that Mr. Adkisson is the ONLY councilman (besides mine - Vosburg) who EVER tells the community what is going on and works for us! WHY are you going to try to censure one of the only people really working for the citizens no matter what district they are in! He is not my councilman but has always been willing to answer my questions and help when needed. This is a ridiculous witch hunt that will once again put us in the news for something that sounds like High School, NO, Middle School drama and bullying type behavior! This is not a smart way to spend people's time and tax dollars!
I have a suggestion from an outsider looking in, maybe the City can put together some team building exercises to help them learn to get along and stop these ridiculous accusations. ENOUGH ALREADY!
Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Jode & Rick Keasler

Subject: Counsel meeting for tonight
Date: Thursday, February 2, 2023 4:47:12 PM
Hello,
My name is Vanessa Huttenlocker, and I reside in District 1. I wish I could be there tonight to voice my displeasure in person, but my family and I have been ill.

Mayor Horn's agenda item to censure councilman Adkisson seemed like a helft penalty for simply turning paperwork in late. Adding penalties after the fact and prior to the meeting is obviously personal and vengeful. Whether you like him or not, having Councilman Adkisson on City Council has been an asset to Coalinga. He worked hard to get us more water, to get grants for the water, and to keep the citizens informed. I think someone is intimidated by his efforts, capabilities, and victories. We are all human, and none of us are perfect and without fault. We forget things. Sometimes, those things are important but not on a scale of being publicly admonished and persecuted. I also think this continuous harassment of Councilman Adkisson feels somehow familiar, and I hope that Horn isn't lowering himself to carry out a previous councilwoman's agenda to publicly humiliate, harass, ruin and blackball Councilman Adkisson be that in itself could result in a costly recall of district 2 representative. Mr.

Adkisson never uses the funding from city for his ventures to Sacramento. He always uses his own money from his pocket. His hard earned money. These people picking on Adam really need to stop this nonsense already! He is the most productive counselman on counsel.

You are making a big mistake censoring him. When he has done so much for our community. I would like to know what Mayor Horn has done for this community to even deserve being a mayor right now? All i have seen our of Horm since he became counsel; another Tanya counsel. When are these high school game of nonsense going to end? Are you for this town all in? If so lets get to business. If you are not for this town to help our community. Get out of here now already! All you are doing is hurting our town and yourself.

Grow up!
Sincerely,
Vanessa Huttenlocker
