Motion by Vosburg, Second by Ramirez to Approve the Agenda for the workshop of February 16, 2023. Motion Approved by 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.

Motion by Adkisson, Second by Vosburg to Table Item No. 6.2 and bring the item back for further discussion at later meeting. Motion Approved by 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.
