Motion by Vosburg, Second by Horn to Approve the Agenda for the workshop of May 18, 2023. Motion Approved by 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.

1. Discussion, Direction and Potential Action regarding Considerations and Appointment to an Anticipated City Council District One (1) Seat
Marissa Trejo, City Manager
City Manager Marissa Trejo gave a brief overview of the item and outlined the recommended process Motion by Hedgecock, Second by Horn to Appoint Mr. Roger Schindler to the Anticipated District 1 Vacancy.
Motion Approved by 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.

Councilman Vosburg thanked Taylor Monroy-Cisneros for applying for the anticipated District No. 1 vacancy and welcomed Roger Schindler to the City Council.
Mayor Pro-Tem Ramirez expressed appreciation to all those who express interest in serving. He thanked Mrs.
Monroy-Cisneros and welcomed Mr. Schindler.
