Changes to the Agenda: Assistant City Manager Sean Brewer announced the following changes to the Agenda:
1. Discussion Items 6.1 and 6.2 will be Pulled from the Agenda and postponed for a future meeting.
Motion by Hedgecock, Second by Horn to Approve the Agenda for the Special Water and Wastewater Enterprise Workshop of February 8, 2024. Motion Approved by 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.

1. City Council Authorization to a One-Time Water Sale to Westside Mutual Water Company, LLC for Excess USBR Water Supply
Councilman Vosburg Pulled Item No. 5.1 for discussion.
Assistant City Manager Sean Brewer gave a brief overview of the item.
Motion by Ramirez, Second by Schindler to Approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 5.1. Motion Approved by a 5/0 Roll-Call Majority Vote.
6. ORDINANCE PRESENTATION, DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS
1. 2021 Water Bond Projects Updated
Item 6.1 was Pulled from the Agenda during Changes to the Agenda.
