PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND ROLL CALL
Mayor del Rosario called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Council Present – Mayor Joanne F. del Rosario, Vice Mayor John Irish Goodwin, Council Members Ken Gonzalez, Carrie Slaughter and Helen Fisicaro were all present.
Staff Present – City Manager Brian Dossey, City Attorney Christopher Diaz, Police Chief John Munsey, Administrative Services Director Pak Lin, Police Commander Sherwin Lum, City Planner Farhad Mortazavi, Director of Public Works and Planning Brad Donohue, City Clerk Caitlin Corley and Administrative Technician III Abigail Dometita were in attendance.
PRESENTATIONS AND REMARKS BY VICE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
The Mayor stated, “Welcome and thank you for joining us as we celebrate Brian Dossey on his remarkable career in public service here in the Town and wish him well on his retirement. I’d like to begin by inviting the Vice Mayor and Council Members to mark remarks and present Brian with a token of appreciation,” Vice Mayor Goodwin made remarks and presented a photobook of Brian’s many years in Colma.
Council Member Gonzalez made remarks and presented Brian’s wife Lisa and his mother Regina with bouquets of flowers as a thank you for sharing his time with Colma all these years.
Council Member Slaughter made remarks and shared that a $100 donation has been made in Brian’s name to the Daly City Public Library Associates.
Council Member Fisicaro made remarks and presented an engraved stone name plate.
PROCLAMATION AND MAYOR’S REMARKS
Mayor del Rosario made remarks and presented Brian with a proclamation recognizing his service to the Town of Colma.
REMARKS BY THE PUBLIC
The Mayor stated, “As you can probably tell by the number of people who have joined us this evening, Brian has been a valued member of this community and has forged so many lasting relationships. We’d like to take this time to invite several members of the community to make remarks.”

Brian Dossey delivered farewell remarks.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor del Rosario adjourned the meeting at 6:46 p.m. and invited everyone to stay for the celebratory reception.
