CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Goodwin called the meeting to order at 10:12 a.m.
Council Present – Mayor John Irish Goodwin, Council Member Helen Fisicaro and Council Member Carrie Slaughter were present. Vice Mayor Ken Gonzalez and Council Member del Rosario was absent.
Staff Present – City Manager Dan Barros, City Attorney Christopher Diaz, Director of Public Works Brad Donohue, City Planner Farhad Mortazavi, Human Resources Analyst Juan Rumayor, Recreation Coordinator Dinora Navarro, Recreation Coordinator Daisy Esquivas, City Clerk Michelle Estabillo, Administrative Technician Abigail Dometita, and Accounting Technician Maria Martinez were in attendance.
WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF SPECIAL GUESTS
Mayor Goodwin welcomed special guests from the Armenian Community:
•Father Der Artsakh Badoyan from St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church •Mrs. Grace Adonian, Principal of Krouzian-Zekarian-Vasbouragan (KZV) Armenian School
•David Ojakian, Western Region Director of the Armenian Assembly of America •Valina Agbabian, Trustee from the Armenian Assembly of America •John Kevranian, Co-Chair of the Northern California Regional Council of the Armenian Assembly of America
•Sevana Panosian, teacher from KZV Armenian School
•Delegation of students from KZV Armenian School
•Reverend Calvin Segharian from Calvary Armenian Congressional Church •Ms. Raghda Karajh from Congressman Kevin Mullen’s Office
PROCLAMATION IN HONOR OF ARMENIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY
Mayor Goodwin welcomed the read a proclamation in recognition of Armenian Independence Day. He invited the following people to speak:

RAISING OF THE ARMENIAN FLAG
Colma Police Officers raised the Armenian Flag while the student delegates from KZV sang the Armenian National Anthem and the United States National Anthem.
REMARKS BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
Mayor Goodwin opened the meeting to Public Comment and there were no speakers
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Goodwin adjourned the meeting at approximately 10:38 a.m.
