Mayor Goodwin called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

•Mayor Goodwin proclaimed November 16, 2024 as Arboretum Day. Josh Gevertz, Arboretum Director at Cypress Lawn, accepted the proclamation and shared a few words. •Mayor Goodwin proclaimed November 11, 2024 as Veterans Day. •Mayor Goodwin recognized Bob McLennan, owner of Planet Fitness, for donating fitness equipment to Colma Veterans Village this past summer.

Mayor Goodwin called for a meeting recess at 7:40 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 7:56. • City Manager Dan Barros introduced Mark Kershman, Director of Government Affairs at Peninsula Clean Energy, who then gave a presentation on Peninsula Clean Energy.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Council Member Fisicaro pulled Agenda Item No. 4.

Action: A motion was made by Council Member del Rosario, seconded Vice Mayor Gonzalez, to approve the balance of the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Attorney Diaz responded to Council questions.

Action: A motion was made by Council Member Fisicaro, seconded Council Member del Rosario, to adopt Resolution 2024-42 approving and updating the Records Retention Schedule and amending Colma Administrative Code Subchapter 1.07 relating to the Records Retention Policy pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15378. The motion carried by the following vote:

COUNCIL CALENDARING
The next Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 is canceled due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Mayor Goodwin announced there will be a Special Meeting on December 10, 2024 for the Council Reorganization.
REPORTS
There were no Council reports.
There were no Committee reports.
City Manager Barros gave an update on the Home Depot parking structure. He also announced that the ribbon cutting of the Raising Cane’s restaurant will be held on November 18 and that the public grand opening will be on November 19. Lastly, City Manager Barros shared the following upcoming Town events with Council: November 15 – Colma Family Game Night; December 2 – Colma Tree Lighting, and December 5 – 100th Anniversary Film Premiere. e
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Goodwin adjourned the meeting at 8:27 p.m. in memory of Pamela Anne Homan-Guisti.
