CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Slaughter called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
Council Present – Mayor Ken Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Slaughter and Council Member Fisicaro Council Absent – Council Members Joanne del Rosario and Thomas Walsh Staff Present – City Manager Daniel Barros, Chief of Police John Munsey, Director of Planning and Public Works Brad Donohue, Deputy City Clerk Abigail Dometita and Recreation Coordinators Daisy Esquivias and Dinora Navarro
WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF SPECIAL GUESTS
Vice Mayor Slaughter welcomed everyone and introduced distinguished guests:
• Vice Consul Jennifer Chadwick, Consulate General of Ireland in San Francisco • Consular Officer Denis Lymer, Consulate General of Ireland in San Francisco • Teresa Proano, Daly City Councilmember
• Dan Duggan, Owner of Duggan’s Mortuary
• Felicia Leong, CEO of the Colma/Daly City Chamber of Commerce • Sister William Eileen
PROCLAMATION IN HONOR OF IRISH AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH AND RAISING OF
THE IRISH FLAG
Vice Mayor Slaughter read a proclamation in recognition of Irish American Heritage Month and invited Colma Police Officers to raise the Irish Flag.
REMARKS BY DISTINGUISHED GUESTS
Vice Mayor Slaughter invited Vice Consul Jennifer Chadwick to accept the proclamation. Vice Consul Chadwick made remarks and thanked the Town of Colma for hosting the event.
REMARKS BY MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS
Vice Mayor Slaughter invited fellow council members to the podium. Council Member Fisicaro and Mayor Gonzalez made remarks.

Vice Mayor Slaughter opened the meeting to Public Comment and Daly City Councilmember Teresa Proano made remarks.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor Slaughter adjourned the meeting at 10:15 a.m. and invited everyone for coffee and treats inside the Community Center.
