Mayor Gonzalez called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

2. Motion to Receive and File the 2024 Annual Progress Reports on the Implementation of the General Plan, Including the Housing Element Pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15378 There was no Public Comment.
Action: A motion was made by Councilmember Fisicaro, seconded by Councilmember del Rosario, to approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Manager Barros invited everyone to register early for Family Bingo Night scheduled for Friday, March 14 at the Colma Community Center. He also reported that the Ribbon Cutting for the IKEA Design Center at 280 Metro is on March 19 and that the ground opening of SweatHouz is on March 28.
