CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gonzalez called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.
Council Present – Mayor Ken Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Carrie Slaughter, and Council Members Helen Fisicaro and Thomas Walsh
Council Absent – Council Member Joanne del Rosario
Staff Present – City Manager Daniel Barros, Chief of Police John Munsey, Police Commander Sherwin Lum, Director of Planning and Public Works Brad Donohue, Human Resources Analyst Juan Rumayor, Recreation Services Manager Angelika Abellana, Deputy City Clerk Abigail Dometita and Recreation Coordinators Daisy Esquivias and Dinora Navarro

Mayor Gonzalez welcomed everyone and introduced special guests:

•Felicia Leong, CEO of the Colma/Daly City Chamber of Commerce •Tom Nuris, President of the Colma/Daly City Chamber of Commerce
PROCLAMATION IN HONOR OF CINCO DE MAYO AND RAISING OF THE MEXICAN FLAG Mayor Gonzalez read a proclamation in recognition of Cinco De Mayo and invited Colma Police Officers to raise the Mexican Flag.

REMARKS BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
Mayor Gonzalez invited the public to speak. Public comments were made by two residents and Tom Nuris of the Colma/Daly City Chamber of Commerce.
