RESOLUTION AMENDING SUBCHAPTER 3.06, LEAVES, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 3.06.100 TOWN HALL YEAR END CLOSURE TO THE PUBLIC; USE OF

LEAVES, TO THE COLMA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE PURSUANT TO CEQA GUIDELINE 15378

The Staff recommendation is consistent with the Council adopted values of:
• Responsibility: Making decisions after prudent consideration of their financial impact, taking into account the long-term financial needs of the agency. • Fairness: Treat all persons, claims and transactions in a fair and equitable manner.

BACKGROUND
The Town of Colma recognizes the importance of maintaining a holiday schedule that reflects the values and operational needs of the community. The majority of Town Hall services and operations are traditionally reduced during the Year End Holidays. Most of the community treat the days between December 25th and New Year’s Eve as a time for personal or family celebration.
