A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 5:30 p.m. on the above-given date in City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, Mayor Navarro presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on May 2, 2024, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956(a).

Mayor Navarro read a Proclamation Certificate declaring May 5, 2024— May 11, 2024 Municipal Clerk' s Week in recognition of the time honored and vital part of local government that Municipal Clerks servein throughout the world. Mayor Navarro also extendedappreciation to the City of Colton' s Deputy City Clerk, StephanieM. Vargas, and City Clerk Office staff, Stacy.Dunning and Michelle Guillen.
