Open Session was Called to Order at 5:15 P.M.
Roll Call
Council members present were Kelly J. Chastain, Luis S. Gonzalez, and John J. Echevarria; Council member David J. Toro and Mayor Navarro were absent.
Also present was City Clerk Isaac T. Suchil; City Treasurer Henry M. Razo was absent.
Utilities Commissioners present were Vice Chair Eric Strutz, Nicolas Zupkofska, and Chair Kirk Larson.
Planning Commissioners present were Chair Richard Prieto, Adrianna Escarcega, and Letitia Baden.
City Staff Present were Mario Suarez, Jessica Sutorus, Adrian Rogers, and Belen Cordero.
